Making an Order

There are 3 ways to buy from blue sun tree;

•    Online

www.bluesuntree.co.uk and follow our fully secure online shopping system.

•    Telephone

Call 01162897070 if in the UK, or 00441162897070 if you are outside the UK.

Our lines are open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday and 10-2pm on Saturdays, where we will be able to process your order.

•    In Person

Why not try before you buy?
Visit our warehouse showroom where you can see the products and feel the quality for yourself. Our warehouse is
open to the public and trade enquiries the same hours as above.

You are deemed to have placed an order with us by following one of the above steps. During the ordering process you will be given the
opportunity to check your order and correct any errors. When you have placed an order with blue sun tree, you will receive a confirmation
e-mail immediately to advise we have your order in our system. We will respond to your request usually within 24 – 48 hrs to advise the week
of delivery. Either blue sun tree or our carriers will then confirm (prior to the delivery week) by phone or e-mail the exact date of
delivery.

Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. When the products are despatched, the purchase contract will be made even if
your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have previously notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled
your order.



We may refuse to accept an order for the following reasons;

(a)    Where goods are not available;

(b)    Where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;

(c)    If there has been a pricing or product description error; or

(d)    If you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.



In the case of any order problems, cancellations or rejections we will contact you immediately to advise if any further action is required. We
reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.


Payment

We will process your order as soon as we have received full payment from yourselves. Most major credit cards are accepted via the fully
secure ‘World Pay’ system. This payment method is usually available 24hrs, seven days a week. World Pay uses state of the art security
techniques to ensure you are fully protected against any risk.
