ABOUT THE PRODUCT This was originally called the "Dessau table". But now it is called the "Barcelona Table". It first appeared at the Tugendhat House, Brno, Czechoslovakia. This table was first produced by Berliner Metallgewerbe Joseph Muller. In 1931, the production was moved to Bamberg Metallwerkstatten, Berlin. The table is the perfect compliment to the Barcelona Chairs from Ludwig Mies Van der Rohe. Minimal Assembly Required. MATERIALS Frame of polished solid stainless steel tube 30 x 12mm in diameter. Clear tempered glass top, 19mm in thickness.
