Like the ball chair, the pod chair was designed around the same period in the mid 60’s. The chair now has a retro yet still modern feel to it.

MATERIALS
The Pod Chair has a shell of fiberglass with on a swivel base; the interior is a shaped cushioned wall, upholstered in fabric. Comes as a set with footstool.
Complies with BS5852 - Fire and Furnishings Regulations 1988.

DIMENSIONS
The designer of the pod is not known, but the inspiration must have come from Earo Aarnio with his work in organic fibreglass shapes such as the ball or globe chair.
