Complaints Process

We hope that you're pleased with any purchase you've made or service you've received from Blue Sun Tree, and that you'll never have reason to complain - but if there's something you're not happy with, we'd like you to let us know so that we can improve for the future.

In the first instance please email our Sales Team on [email protected] A member of our Sales Team will forward your complaint on to the relevant department and we aim to respond to emails on the same working day.

If you are not happy with our response, please email [email protected] and your complaint will be reviewed again.
