Making an Order

There are 4 ways to buy from bluesuntree;

 

During the ordering process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and correct any errors. When you have placed an order with bluesuntree, you will receive a confirmation e-mail immediately to advise we have your order in our system. We will respond to your request usually within 24 hrs to advise the approximate date of delivery. In stock items are usually delivered within 3 to 5 days of purchase. For out of stock lines, either blue sun tree or our carriers will confirm (prior to the delivery date) by phone or e-mail the exact date and time of delivery.

We may refuse to accept an order for the following reasons;

  1. Where goods are not available;
  2. Where we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;
  3. If there has been a pricing or product description error; or
  4. If you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.

 

In the case of any order problems, cancellations or rejections we will contact you immediately to advise if any further action is required. We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time.

 

Payment

Online Payment We will process your order as soon as we have received full payment from yourselves. Most major credit cards are accepted via the fully secure 'Sage Pay' system. This payment method is usually available 24hrs, seven days a week. Sage Pay uses state of the art security techniques to ensure you are fully protected against any risk.

Other forms of payment If you are paying in store or over the phone you are also welcome to pay by any of the following methods.
